This is a customer update on the actions we have continued to initiate following the Government’s decision to move to the Delay Phase of their Coronavirus Action Plan.
We continue to review our contingency plan for managing the developing outbreak, including holding daily meetings on this subject. In the situation where some of our employees may need to work from home we have completed successful testing to enable us to do this.
We wanted to reassure you that we are currently working as ‘business as usual’ but we wanted you to understand that this may change due to circumstances beyond our control and to reassure you that we are doing everything to maintain our high level of standards. We cannot thank the team enough for continuing to get the orders out to you in a timely manner.
We kindly ask for your patience if our delivery times or telephone/email responses are slightly delayed due to this outbreak. Any changes you experience would be as a consequence of us working hard to ensure all our customers get their orders as quickly as possible.
We are committed to getting your orders to you as soon as we can to make sure there is no impact to an individual’s care.
