We are seeking a confident and friendly individual to join our customer service team. Reporting to the Customer Service Manager. This role involves interacting with customers, and to provide and process information in response to enquiries, concerns and requests about products and services. In all cases operating within the required SOPs.
On a day to day basis the responsibilities of this role will include:• Receiving customer orders for Specials and acknowledging receipt • Processing orders onto the SAP ERP system • Liaising with customers and keep them informed of the progress of their orders • Resolving any customer complaints • Updating the SAP CRM as required • Answering numerous telephone/email queries • Placing orders with Procurement • Ringing customers back with ETA for their order when it is not going to be a next day service
You will be expected to perform different tasks as required by your changing role within the company and the overall business objectives of IPS. The candidate will have experience of working in a pharmaceutical industry, well developed interpersonal skills, able to communicate effectively at all levels and work well as a member of a team. The suitable candidate will receive more detailed training on the job.
